You will be working towards your chartership or chartered  providing geotechnical and geo-environmental services to key clients. Phase I &phase ii site investigations, interpretative report writing – greenfield and brownfield site for redevelopment – houses, retail and commercial use.

In addition you will be working on industrial estates to support environmental impact assessments, planning and applications for residential and commercial use. You will also be involved in geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigations and interpretative reporting for residential expansion development.

Other tasks you will be involved with: Stability of the groundwater & ground conditions to provide appropriate pragmatic & sustainable geotechnical, land stability, & contaminated land guidance to their clients.

Remediation strategies- reuse of brownfield land.

Geotechnical conditions – risk assessments, contamination- phased investigations to reduce costs associated with understanding natural contaminative or anthropogenic legacy, and potential impacts and liabilities.

To work with the current Geotechnical team to develop expertise and deliver projects

Desk study, investigation, hazardous materials surveys, monitoring lab testing, soil gas assessment’s & minimisation & recovery, foundation analysis & design, earthworks, soil and rock mechanics, ground improvement, soil stabilisation, dam & reservoir engineering, basement impact assessment’s, underpinning, groundwater assessment and landfill.
